Carl Bardenwerper joined Swiss-Tech as CFO in January 2011. Carl served as CFO/Controller of several industrial manufacturing companies including Viasystems and Planar Systems. Carl is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Karen Ozanich has served as Logistics Manager since June 2013. She has more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, including in purchasing, production planning, quality functions, internal systems auditing, and ERP system setup. Ms. Ozanich served as Materials Supervisor at Engineered Plastics Company for almost a decade, where she was responsible for all supplier relations and an annual material spend of $8 million.
