This has allowed us to quickly amplify and tailor new safety measures to meet new requirements during the COVID-19 pandemic. At Swiss-Tech, we provide a safety-based environment that builds employee confidence and ensures the ability to manufacture products for our customers to the highest degree possible.
We have a lot of great employees that make this a great place to work, and our Spot Award Program was implemented to provide special recognition to employees who have accomplished an extraordinary achievement or who have given exceptional effort within our organization.
Contributions that are recognized by a Spot Award are tied directly to the goals from our strategic plan, and the recognition is shared with the rest of the company as models of outstanding performance. Spot Award recipients also receive a gift card.
We also invest in our people providing upward mobility for our employees to help them reach their true potential. We provide training and support so employees can earn their way to the next stage in their professional development – whether that is within their current department or an adjacent one.
